Biography

Steven LoVerde started his career in mortgage banking in 1986 and after 3 short years launched his own mortgage company, LoVerde & Associates, in 1989. As one of the first mortgage brokers licensed by NYS, Steve pioneered and grew a successful mortgage brokerage business. After 20 rewarding years as a mortgage broker, he decided to further his career. Steve joined Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC in Jan. 2010 where he continues to finance and help the community fulfill their lifelong dreams of home ownership. The excitement of bringing clients on a journey to close on their first home is as strong today as when he first started.

Steve’s greatest joy in life is his family; his greatest passion is flying. Steve embodies everything that is aviation and continues to pursue a lifelong dream of earning a Private Pilot Certificate.
