Purchase price $1,200,000. Long Island Industrial market has seen a lot of action, Lynx was able to secure conventional financing during the COVID Crisis due to extended banking network.

Their Client was seeking financing to purchase the multifamily property located at 1 Riverside Drive, Charleston, SC 29403 for a purchase price of $875,000.
