Raymond Thek joined Lynx Mortgage Bank in 2024, bringing a strong background in venture capital, corporate development, and finance. Originally from the NJ/NY area, he now lives in Houston, TX, and holds a Finance degree from Loyola University Maryland. Before entering the mortgage industry, he was a partner at BD Ventures, focused on sourcing investments and managing fund strategy. Known for his honesty and work ethic, Raymond takes pride in helping clients navigate the path to homeownership. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, game development, fitness, hockey, and staying current with the news—and he’s especially happy to have traded Massachusetts winters for Texas sunshine.
