Not only does he have a wealth of knowledge of NYC and Long Island neighborhoods; but he is also very fluent in financing, legal contracts, and negotiations. Derek is there to ensure that one of your largest investments is handled efficiently and accurately. His business which is built largely on referrals is a testament to his exemplary customer service and outstanding results. He thrives on the industry’s dynamic nature and enjoys mentoring new loan officers. He has been a professional sales consultant and sales trainer for over 15 years in the medical device industry prior to joining Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC. Prior to joining Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC. During his free time, Derek enjoys playing jazz guitar, practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Snowboarding and spending time with his wife Sarah, dog and five kittens.
