With over 34 years of experience, Evan Fine has been guiding homebuyers through purchasing and refinancing their homes. Since joining Lynx Mortgage Bank in 2010, he has specialized in helping first-time homebuyers, taking pride in playing a role in their financial futures. Originally from Brooklyn and now residing in Massapequa Park, Evan brings a unique blend of expertise and dedication to every client. He is committed to making the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring each borrower feels confident and informed every step of the way. Outside of work, Evan enjoys skiing, traveling, and always strives to go above and beyond to help his clients achieve their homeownership goals.
