Patrick Winum brings over a decade of experience in digital and real estate marketing to his role at Lynx Mortgage Bank, where he has worked for more than two years. Originally from Levittown and now living in Huntington, NY, Patrick began his career at MAXPlaces Marketing before transitioning to real estate marketing with KAR Properties in Manhattan.
At Lynx, he focuses on promoting loan officers and their network of realtors, knowing their dedication helps families find a home that’s truly meaningful. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Coastal Carolina University.
Outside the office, he enjoys going to the cinema, reading novels, playing golf, and rooting for the Mets, Jets, and Knicks. His passion for storytelling and strategy makes him a valuable advocate for the Lynx team and its mission.
