Born and raised in Oceanside, New York, Benjamin Cyrulnik brings a diverse professional background and a creative approach to financing to his role as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC. Before joining Lynx in April 2026, Benjamin worked in early-stage biotechnology venture capital with JLS Fund and operated his own advisory and consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Now residing in New York City, Benjamin focuses on developing commercial real estate opportunities, structuring creative financing solutions, and connecting capital with opportunities across different markets. He values the relationships he builds with clients, brokers, and investors, approaching each transaction with an emphasis on trust, collaboration, and finding solutions to complex challenges.
Outside of work, Benjamin is an avid film enthusiast and foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys time with his niece and nephew—two small dogs with big personalities who, by his account, run the household..
